Tinubu’s Turbo Fest 2026, inspired by the vision of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is expected to bring together car enthusiasts, industry stakeholders and motorsport lovers for a vibrant showcase of speed, innovation and automotive excellence.
Organisers said the event would feature a range of activities including drifting displays, car exhibitions and high-performance showcases aimed at highlighting the growing interest in motorsports across Nigeria.
The festival is scheduled to hold at Eagle Square, Abuja, by 11:00 a.m. on March 29, 2026.
According to the council, the initiative reflects ongoing efforts to position Nigeria as a hub for motorsport activities while also encouraging investment in the automotive sector.
Industry observers note that events such as Tinubu’s Turbo Fest provide a platform for collaboration among key players and help stimulate interest among young Nigerians in automotive innovation and technical skills.
They added that with sustained support from stakeholders, the country could witness significant growth in both local vehicle production and motorsports entertainment.
The NADDC reiterated its commitment to policies and programmes that would strengthen the automotive ecosystem and enhance Nigeria’s competitiveness on the global stage.
