Gender Mobile has announced a call for qualified vendors to support the implementation of its LEAD Fellowship, a large-scale programme aimed at delivering a structured and engaging digital learning experience to thousands of participants.
The organisation said the initiative is designed to provide a robust virtual learning environment, combining technology and multimedia content to improve learning outcomes across its fellowship cohorts.
Scope of work
Gender Mobile is seeking vendors across two major service areas:
- Learning Management System (LMS) Development and Deployment
Vendors will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying a scalable LMS. The platform is expected to host learning modules, assignments, and assessments, while also supporting cohort engagement, progress tracking, and certification pathways. - Virtual Learning Lab / Video Production Services
Selected vendors will support the creation of high-quality video learning content. This includes studio-style recordings, editing, motion graphics, and other multimedia assets required to enhance the fellowship’s digital learning experience.
Requirements
Interested vendors must meet the following criteria:
- Must be registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Must be registered with the Nigerian Revenue Service (NRS) and possess a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Must be licensed to operate in Nigeria
Gender Mobile noted that only vendors who meet these requirements will be considered as part of the selection process.
