The Federal Ministry of Education’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Initiative has made the dashboard available for Cohort 1 beneficiaries to complete their Starter Kit Acknowledgement.
Trainees who completed training and physically received their starter kits can log in to their dashboards and confirm receipt.
However, beneficiaries are advised to read the acknowledgement carefully before signing. It requires them to confirm that the starter kit was physically handed over and that they have taken possession of the items.
Those whose training centres have not delivered their starter kits should not acknowledge receipt. Submitting the declaration without receiving the items would mean confirming something that has not happened.
The kits are intended to support beneficiaries’ transition into employment, self-employment or entrepreneurship. Acknowledgement should therefore be completed only after the items have been received.
Beneficiaries should follow dashboard instructions and ensure the details are accurate before submitting.
How to check dashboard
- Visit the TVET dashboard at https://www.tvet.education.gov.ng/dashboard/.
- Log in using your registered details.
- Locate the Starter Kit Acknowledgement section.
- If your starter kit has been delivered, review the acknowledgement and complete it as instructed.
- If you have not received your kit, do not confirm receipt. Wait until the items have been handed over.
Cohort 1 beneficiaries are encouraged to check their dashboards and act according to their current status.
