The new office is located on Hadeja Road, by Yankaba Market, beside Keystone Bank, Kano State. Customers can visit the location for assistance and enquiries about OPay services.
The opening expands OPay’s physical presence in Kano. The company thanked customers and guests who attended the launch and said it looked forward to serving the community.
Customers should note that not every service issue requires a physical visit. OPay also provides in-app customer support and other official contact channels.
OPay’s published customer-centre directory still lists a different Kano address on Ibrahim Taiwo Road.

Customers can visit OPay Office on Hadeja Road, by Yankaba Market, beside Keystone Bank, Kano State. Before travelling, confirm the location and service availability through OPay’s official customer service channels or its app. Customers can also use in-app support for assistance without visiting an office.
