The Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC) has announced the relaunch of its PEBEC ReportGov website, aimed at making it easier for citizens and businesses in Nigeria to report issues with government services and track resolutions. The upgraded platform, accessible via pebec.gov.ng/reportgov-ng, is designed to improve service delivery and support a better business environment.
According to PEBEC, the platform allows users to submit complaints, monitor progress, and see how their feedback drives change. “Our goal is to create a more conducive business environment, attract investment, and drive economic growth across Nigeria,” the council stated.
Through the site, complaints can be lodged against Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), with PEBEC ensuring follow-up and feedback to the complainant.
To use reportgov-ng via the PEBEC website,
a. Click on the ReportGov button
b. Click Submit Complaint
c. Fill in details: name, ministries, department, agencies, complaint type, message and location
d. Attach a file if available
e. Click Submit
The council urged Nigerians to use the platform to highlight challenges and contribute to public sector reforms.
