Abuja, Nigeria – August 14, 2025 – Corps members across the country now have a unique opportunity to transition from youth service to becoming tech professionals.
Through the Federal Government’s 3MTT (3 Million Technical Talent) programme, launched by the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation & Digital Economy, corpers can now acquire in-demand digital skills during their NYSC year.
The 3MTT initiative supports President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s commitment to create 2 million digital jobs by 2025. It is open to all serving corps members who are ready to skill up and unlock high-income careers in Nigeria’s growing tech ecosystem.
“You came in as Corper. You can leave as a tech boss,” the Ministry announced, encouraging youths to take advantage of this golden opportunity. The programme focuses on empowering Nigerian graduates with globally relevant technical knowledge in software development, data, design, and other digital fields.
Under the banner “Corper Today, Techie Tomorrow,” the programme offers several learning tracks that include:
