August 14, 2025 – Nigerian Breweries Plc has announced the commencement of its recruitment process for the position of Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Specialist.

According to the company, the role is aimed at “driving operational excellence and enabling long-term organisational success.”

In a statement, Nigerian Breweries Plc said the successful candidate will “lead, coach, and train teams in continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.”

The company emphasised that the CPI Specialist will play a major role in embedding a culture of continuous improvement across its operations.

The company is calling on experienced professionals to apply, saying, “Think you’re the right fit? We’d love to hear from you!”

The key responsibilities for the role include:
a. Lead, support, and train teams in continuous process improvement (CPI), primarily through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
b. Identify, prioritize, and execute CPI opportunities, providing expertise, mentoring, and ensuring best practices are accessible and implemented
c. Communicate progress, engage stakeholders, and foster a culture of improvement by sharing success stories and staying updated on developments

Requirements for the position are:
i. University Degree in a relevant field of study
ii. Must be Six Sigma certified
iii. MSc degree is an added advantage
iv. 3-5 years’ experience in Process Improvement
