The African Centre for Leadership, Strategy & Development (Centre LSD) has announced a call for applications for the 24th and 25th cohorts of its Leadership School. This opportunity is perfect for young and mid-career professionals looking to improve their leadership skills and boost their impact in Africa.
The Centre LSD Leadership School offers a 12-month leadership training programme. According to the announcement, “The training covers key areas like strategy, leadership, development, values, and change.” Participants will also work on real-life projects and receive mentoring from experienced leaders.
Eligible applicants must have a first degree or equivalent experience in a leadership role. The school is open to people in the public and private sectors, civil society, entrepreneurs, students, and those who want to drive change. Applicants should be able to attend in-person or hybrid weekend sessions once a month.
