CREDICORP has launched the PowerHer 774 initiative through its C.A.L.M Fund, in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs, Abuja. The programme is also powered by Spark Concepts and supported financially by SeedFi, bringing hope to thousands of homes through high-quality solar-powered products.
“This initiative is all about empowering women with affordable energy solutions,” said the Ministry of Women Affairs. “It means women no longer have to depend on candles or unreliable power. Now, they can light their homes and live more comfortably.”
The offer comes with three flexible and affordable plans. With as little as N500 per day, beneficiaries can receive and power bright LED lamps, a solar radio, a torch, and enjoy peace of mind with a two-year warranty.
For N900 per day, users can add a solar fan to the package, perfect for staying cool in Nigeria’s heat.
The most complete option at N2,500 per day includes bright LED lamps, a solar radio, a solar fan, and a television for full home comfort.
Thanks to SeedFi’s financial support as a Participating Financial Institution, applicants can choose to pay daily, weekly, or monthly. This flexible financing model makes the offer one of the best clean energy loans in Nigeria.
According to the repayment breakdown for the 6-month plan:
The Basic system costs N168,735.42 (N937.42/day)
Basic + Fan is N307,677.06 (N1,709.32/day)
Basic + Fan + TV comes to N797,960.89 (N4,433.12/day)
For longer-term options (12 months):
Basic: N183,665.50 (N503.19/day)
Basic + Fan: N334,447.00 (N916.29/day)

The basic solar kit includes a 20wp solar panel, LED lamp, radio, phone charging cable, torch, and a two-year warranty. These products are not only eco-friendly but also help reduce electricity bills, making them ideal for homes in areas with unstable power supply.
Each product is designed to help households save money, reduce dependence on the national grid, and support sustainable living. The program is already available to women across all eligible states.
