Oilserv Limited has opened applications for its 2027 Ingenious Graduate Trainee Programme (IGTP), offering recent graduates an opportunity to gain practical experience and develop careers in Nigeria’s energy sector.
The two-year programme combines structured learning, mentorship and hands-on work across Oilserv’s operations. It is designed to help participants build technical knowledge, professional skills and an understanding of the changing oil and gas industry.
Selected trainees will receive coaching from experienced industry professionals and exposure to oilfield service operations. The programme also offers a competitive remuneration and benefits package, as well as access to a professional network across Oilserv’s multinational operations.
Participants who successfully complete the programme may also have the opportunity to secure full-time employment with the company.
Oilserv said the initiative is intended to develop problem-solvers, innovators and future leaders through practical assignments, an intensive induction and guidance from seasoned experts.
The recruitment is for its Rivers State location. Applicants from relevant academic backgrounds who are interested in engineering, business and energy-related careers can review the eligibility conditions before applying.
The company provides integrated engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) services, alongside other solutions across onshore, offshore and subsea oil and gas markets.
The programme also introduces participants to strategic thinking and innovation, encouraging them to apply what they learn to operational challenges. Through this experience, graduates can strengthen their ability to work collaboratively, solve problems and contribute to the energy industry.
