Airtel Nigeria has announced that applications are now open for the Airtel Business Graduate Trainee Programme, inviting young graduates to begin what the company describes as a strong career path in the telecoms industry. The organisation is calling on recent graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.
According to the announcement, the programme is targeted at young talents who want to gain hands-on experience and build a future in telecommunications. The company said participants will gain great learning and extensive opportunities designed for young professionals who want to grow in the sector. The qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields, along with 0–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or similar roles. Internship or project experience in mobile products or digital services is considered an advantage, and applicants must have completed NYSC.
The opening date for applications is November 24, 2025, and the deadline is December 04, 2025.
