Kimpact Development Initiative (KDI) invites Nigerians to serve as Long-Term Election Security Monitors (LTSMs) under its International Election Observers Mission (IEOM) Project ahead of the 2027 General Elections.

The opportunity is available across federal constituencies in Bayelsa, Bauchi, Imo, Kaduna, Kogi and Lagos states. Monitoring is scheduled for November 2026–February 2027.
Applicants must be at least 18 and live in the federal constituency they intend to monitor. They should understand their community, demonstrate impartiality and integrity, and have strong observation, communication and reporting skills. Smartphone proficiency and availability for training and monitoring are required.
Applicants must not hold a political party leadership position or play an active role in a political campaign. Experience in election observation, conflict prevention, research, journalism or civic engagement helps.
