The National Community Ethics and Values Environmental Compliance Corps is recruiting Behavioural Change Officers in Rivers State under Batch Three of its current recruitment exercise in Rivers.

The recruitment is open to eligible residents of Rivers State who are interested in community service, ethical values, environmental responsibility, discipline and positive behavioural change.
Applicants are required to meet several conditions before they can participate in the exercise. They must be Nigerian citizens and be at least 18 years old. Candidates must also be physically and mentally fit, possess a valid National Identification Number and original certificates, and have at least a First School Leaving Certificate or higher qualification.
Applicants are also expected to have good character and a clean record. Residency in Rivers State is another requirement listed for the recruitment.
