The Bureau for ICT and Digital Economy (BICT) has wrapped up a two-day training focused on the Bauchi State Recruitment Portal. The training took place at the Professor Iya Centre and was attended by staff from the Office of the Head of Civil Service.
According to Hayatudeen Babamaji, Director-General of BICT, “This initiative is part of our goal to promote digital transformation in public service.”
The session covered job posting, application tracking, data handling, and generating reports. This training supports improved e-recruitment systems, boosts digital governance, and ensures better human resource management in Bauchi. Participants gained practical skills that will help the state deliver a more transparent and technology-driven hiring process through the government recruitment portal.
