The Bayelsa State Civil Service Commission has announced a supplementary examination for candidates who were unable to participate in the just concluded Civil Service Recruitment Examination held on June 10, 2025.

The new exam is scheduled for Thursday, June 12, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. According to the Commission, this opportunity is strictly for candidates who experienced technical difficulties and could not log in during the main examination.

“The Commission recognizes the little glitches and difficulties initially faced by candidates,” a spokesperson said. “However, the exam was relatively successful, with 72% of accredited candidates participating and results already collated.”

To ensure fairness and equal opportunity, the Commission decided to allow the remaining 28% of affected candidates to take part in this online civil service exam.

Candidates are reminded to use their existing username and password for the supplementary examination. The Commission warned that only those who did not participate in the first exam are allowed to write this one.

“Any candidate who violates this rule shall be automatically disqualified,” the Commission added.

Applicants are advised to follow all online examination rules during the session. No further exam will be conducted beyond this date, making it the final opportunity for eligible candidates to secure a spot in the Bayelsa State Civil Service recruitment process.
