The Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) has released the list of shortlisted candidates for Batch B of the 2026 Mandatory Continuous Public Procurement Capacity Development Training Programme (MCPPCDTP).

The programme is designed for procurement officers across the three tiers of government. The Batch B list includes eligible applicants from federal parastatals, institutions, commissions and agencies, as well as state procurement entities.
Shortlisted candidates are required to complete an online registration form and submit a printed copy at the training venue. Registration must be completed by October 30, 2026.
After registering online, candidates should check their email addresses for a pre-training assignment. A hard copy of the completed assignment must be submitted at the registration desk on November 8, 2026.
The training will take place at the PTDF Centre for Skills Development and Training (CSDT), Omagwa-Igwuruta Road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Physical registration begins on Sunday, November 8, while the training starts on Monday, November 9, and ends on Saturday, November 28, 2026.
The BPP said the programme supports the Federal Government’s commitment to strengthening public-sector procurement capacity and professionalising the procurement cadre. It is conducted pursuant to Part II, Section 5(k) and (s) of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), 2007.
Shortlisted candidates should follow the instructions and complete all requirements before reporting to the venue. Applicants should ensure that the email address used during registration is accessible so they do not miss the pre-training assignment.
The shortlist applies to Batch B applicants whose credentials were submitted for consideration. Being shortlisted is not a call for new applications, and candidates should rely on the official list and BPP instructions for confirmation. They should keep copies of the registration form and assignment for their records and arrive in time for physical registration.
