Chapel Hill Denham has announced the opening of its 2026 Management Development Programme (MDP), aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining young professionals who are passionate about building a career in financial services.
According to the firm, the programme is designed to prepare participants for a robust career through rigorous classroom and desk-side training. It focuses on developing skills in investment banking, investment management, and securities trading within Nigeria’s financial markets.
“We are seeking young, ambitious graduates and professionals who want hands-on experience and aspire to become leaders in the financial industry,” the firm stated.
Applicants are required to hold a bachelor’s degree with at least a Second-Class Honours (Upper Division) and have 0 to 3 years of work experience. Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CIS will serve as an added advantage.
For Nigerian graduates, completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme is mandatory.
Applications opened on Monday, November 3, 2025, and will close on Friday, November 28, 2025.
