The National Power Training Institute of Nigeria (NAPTIN) has started notifying shortlisted candidates for Batch One, Stream 3 of the Presidential Metering Initiative (PMI) Meter Installer Training Programme.

The latest admission notice confirms that trainees have been shortlisted for the three-week training under the Power Force programme.
The training is scheduled to begin on Sunday, September 27, 2026, and will run until October 16, 2026. Shortlisted trainees are required to report to their training centres for documentation and registration.
One admission notice shows NAPTIN’s Regional Training Centre in Jos as a training venue. The centre is opposite NTA College, Old Government House Road, Rayfield, Jos-South, Plateau State. Another notice gives NAPTIN Corporate Headquarters in Abuja as a training and accommodation venue, showing that trainees have been assigned different centres.
The admission message states that trainees who report to their centres will receive an admission letter on their dashboard after documentation and registration.
It also states that accommodation and feeding are provided free of charge for the three-week training period.
Shortlisted candidates have been warned to report promptly. According to the admission notice, failure to report within 24 hours after the September 27 resumption date may result in the trainee’s slot being reassigned.
Trainees are expected to participate fully throughout the training period.
Candidates are advised to prepare required documents before reporting and confirm their assigned training centre and accommodation arrangements from the admission communication sent to them.
