MTN Nigeria is inviting qualified young graduates to apply for its 2027 Global Graduate Development Programme (GGDP), an opportunity to begin a professional career with the telecommunications company.

The programme combines structured learning through the MTN Academy with practical, full-time work experience. Successful applicants are expected to take up strategically aligned roles, gain exposure to different business functions and develop their professional skills through job rotations.
Participants will also benefit from mentoring, coaching and opportunities to interact with experienced professionals and senior executives. The programme includes learning activities at MTN’s regional centres across Southern, Northern and Western Africa.
To qualify, applicants must possess at least a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree or a Higher National Diploma (HND) with Upper Credit. They must have graduated in 2024 or later and completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme by September 2026, with a valid certificate.
Applicants must also be fluent in English. MTN says people living with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
