Edo State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) has released the list of successful candidates for the 1st and 2nd batches of its recruitment exercise. The announcement has brought excitement and relief to applicants who have been eagerly waiting for the results. Candidates can now check their names on the official Edo SUBEB recruitment list to confirm their status. The current list shows a total of 276 shortlisted candidates.
Meanwhile, in a statement addressed to teachers across the state in celebration of World Teachers’ Day, Hon. Ebanehita Sonia Omonzane, Executive Chairman of the Edo State Universal Basic Education Board, expressed deep gratitude to all educators for their contribution to quality education in the state.
“Dearest Esteemed Teachers, on behalf of the Edo State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), I extend my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to each of you for your tireless dedication and commitment in nurturing and shaping the future of our children,” she said.
Hon. Omonzane praised teachers for their hard work and resilience in improving learning standards. “Your passion, resilience, and tireless commitment to quality Basic Education are the pillars upon which our pupils and students’ success is built. Every lesson you teach, every challenge you overcome and every word of encouragement you give leaves a lasting impact on the lives of our young learners,” she stated.
She further assured teachers of continuous support from the Board. “As we continue to strengthen the foundation of Basic Education in Edo State, please be assured of our steadfast support for your welfare and professional growth,” she added.
