June 5, 2025 – The Ekiti State Ministry of Education has released the official timetable for the 2025 State Examinations. In a public statement, the Honourable Commissioner for Education, Dr. (Mrs.) Olabimpe Aderiye, confirmed that the Placement Examination for primary school pupils moving to secondary school will be held on Thursday, 12th and Friday, 13th June 2025.
She also announced that the Junior Secondary School Certificate Examination (JSCE) is scheduled for Tuesday, 10th; Wednesday, 11th; Wednesday, 18th; and Thursday, 19th June 2025.
The timetable further states that the Senior Secondary School (SS 2) Unified Promotion Examination will run from Monday, 23rd June to Tuesday, 1st July 2025.
