A fake internal circular claiming to be from the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation is currently circulating widely on Facebook, causing confusion among many Nigerians. The poorly written document, which carries several spelling errors and fake formatting, falsely announces a new N-Power payment schedule.
The document is titled INTERNAL CIRCULAR and claims to be from the HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DEPPARTMENT, FCTA SECRETARIAT, ABUJA, with reference number HAPA.14/S.48/1121/1/07 and dated 14th June, 2025. It states:
“This is to inform ail N-Power beneficiaries under the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation that payments for star-ding stipends are commence next month.”
It is signed by a supposed Director, Human Resource Management, with the name Adedayo Modupe O. (Mrs.), a name format that further proves the document is not authentic.

The public is hereby advised to disregard the information entirely. “This is not official. It’s made up by someone to mislead others,” a source warned. Nigeriastartupact.ng expects the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation to issue a statement to further debunk this fake internal circular. People are urged to rely only on verified channels for updates on N-Power payment schedule.
