The Oyo State Government has launched the Labour & Skills Registry (OSLSR) to help build a reliable database of workers, artisans, professionals, and job seekers across the state. The platform allows residents to register their skills, work experience, and employment status so the government can improve workforce planning, training opportunities, and local economic development.
The registration process is simple and can be completed with a mobile phone in about 10 minutes. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to register successfully.
Step 1: Visit the Official Registration Portal
Open your browser and go to the official OSLSR registration website oyoskills.com/register.
Once the page loads, click the “Register Now” button to begin your application.
Step 2: Create an Account
You will be required to create a personal account using the following details:

- Password
- National Identification Number (NIN)
Ensure that the information you provide matches your official records. Your phone number and email will be used for verification and future updates.

Carefully type your NIN and confirm that the number is correct before proceeding.
Step 4: Verify Your Email Address
After creating your account, a verification link or code will be sent to your email address.
Open your email inbox and click the verification link. If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Once verified, return to the portal and log in to continue your registration.
