The Kano State Universal Basic Education Board (KNSUBEB) has officially announced the release of the 2026 Kano BESDA Facilitators Examination Results for candidates who participated in the Teachers Recruitment Examination.

According to the notice issued by KNSUBEB, all concerned applicants can now access their results through the official online portal. The board stated that the result-checking portal will remain open for only three days, beginning Tuesday, 14 April 2026, and closing at midnight on Friday, 17 April 2026. Candidates are therefore advised to check and print their results before the deadline expires. Kano State Universal Basic Education Board

Limited Access Window for Candidates

Unlike some recruitment exercises where portals remain active for extended periods, KNSUBEB has placed a strict three-day access limit on the Kano BESDA examination results portal. This means that candidates who fail to check their results within the stipulated timeframe may lose access once the system is shut down.

This short access period makes it important for all applicants to act promptly and avoid waiting until the last day, when traffic congestion on the portal may cause delays.

How to Check Kano BESDA Facilitators Examination Results

Candidates can check their results by visiting the official KNSUBEB portal: www.kanosubeb.org.ng

To log in successfully, applicants must use the following credentials:

User ID

Your LGEA name must be entered as your User ID.

Examples include:

  • DALA
  • RIMIN GADO
  • RANO

Password Format

The password must consist of:

  • The last three letters of your LGEA name,
  • Followed by a forward slash (/),
  • Then the last four digits of your examination number.

Examples:

  • DAL/9876
  • RAN/8765
  • MKK/6543

Important Login Requirement

KNSUBEB emphasised that all login details must be typed in CAPITAL LETTERS only.

Failure to enter either the User ID or password in uppercase may result in login errors, even if the credentials are otherwise correct.

Print Your Result Immediately

Candidates are strongly encouraged to print their result slips immediately after checking them. Since the portal will close permanently after 17 April, delayed printing may prevent access later.

Keeping a printed copy may also be necessary during subsequent recruitment stages, especially for shortlisted candidates invited for documentation or screening.

Warning Against Social Media Posting

One of the strongest warnings in the announcement concerns social media misuse.

KNSUBEB stated clearly that any successful candidate who shares or posts their result slip on social media will have their appointment terminated.

This directive appears aimed at protecting candidate privacy, maintaining recruitment confidentiality, and preventing misuse of official examination documents.

Official Announcement Source

The statement was signed by Balarabe Danlami Jazuli, Director of Corporate Communications, on behalf of the Executive Chairman of KNSUBEB.

Candidates are advised to rely only on official information published by Kano State Universal Basic Education Board and avoid unofficial links or third-party websites claiming to provide result access.

What Candidates Should Do Next

For applicants who took part in the Kano BESDA Facilitators recruitment examination, the immediate next step is simple:

  1. Visit the official portal.
  2. Enter your login details correctly in uppercase.
  3. Check your result.
  4. Print and keep your slip safe.
  5. Do not post your result online.

Candidates who are successful should also stay alert for future announcements regarding interviews, screening, or appointment documentation from KNSUBEB.
