Nasarawa State Government has announced an extension for the ongoing data collation exercise targeting unemployed graduate citizens in the state. The exercise, earlier scheduled to end on 17 November 2025, will now continue for another two weeks. According to the announcement, this extension is meant to ensure that more eligible graduates are captured in the system, especially those who completed their studies between 2015 and the present year.

The new deadline for submission is now Monday, 1 December 2025. Officials stated that after this date, the links used for the exercise will be officially withdrawn from public access. The statement urged eligible graduates to take advantage of the extended window, saying, “You’re encouraged to make the best of this window of opportunity and ensure every eligible person is captured using the link or QR code provided.”

The portal for submission remains accessible through the official website at https://nssia.org.ng/data-bank-for-unemployment-graduate/, and the public is advised to treat the announcement with seriousness and ensure wide circulation of the message.

Nigeria Startup News earlier reported that the Nasarawa State Government, through the Nasarawa State Social Investment Agency, launched this data collation initiative to build a reliable unemployment database.

The Director General, Imran Usman Jibrin, stated that the project targets graduates who completed their studies from 2015 to date, explaining that the database will help guide government planning, economic development programs, and targeted interventions aimed at reducing unemployment in the state. The agency added that accurate data remains essential for improving social investment policies and enhancing job creation efforts.
