The National Directorate of Employment has issued a public update following complaints about login account details. According to the statement, the problem is caused by a nationwide system issue. The agency said, “The issue is being treated with utmost priority,” adding that its ICT team is working to restore full functionality.
Nura Nasiru, Information Officer of the NDE in Katsina State, said, “We sincerely appreciate your patience, cooperation, and understanding during this period.” The agency assured applicants of its commitment to improving service delivery and noted its mission as “Jobs for All.”
