Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has confirmed that the Batch A superintendent cadre exam was successful. In a response shared through its feedback message, the service stated, “Thank you for reaching out to us here at Nigeria Customs Service. Your messages are important to us. Batch A exam was successful.”
Despite this, there have been multiple reports from candidates calling on the recruitment team to reschedule Batch A. Some participants complained that they could not pass the verification stage before the site crashed, raising concerns about the process.
Addressing the situation, NCS through its help desk explained that candidates who were unable to complete or manually submit their exam had their submissions automatically recorded. This update aimed to clear doubts surrounding the process.
Meanwhile, some Batch A candidates have also confirmed that their exams and submissions went through successfully. Affected candidates are advised to reach the help desk via customs.gov.ng/?page_id=3175.
