Applicants for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) 2.0 can now retake their Computer-Based Test (CBT) once, after issues were reported during the earlier exams.

In a message sent to candidates, the programme explained that the decision followed a review which showed that “performance may have been impacted by the technical constraints identified.” Because of this, affected applicants are now allowed to reschedule and take the test again through the NJFP 2.0 portal.

The programme also made some changes to make the test easier to access. Candidates no longer need to install the Safe Exam Browser (SEB). The test has been reduced to 30 questions to be answered in 20 minutes, and the login and scheduling process is now simpler.

Applicants can now take the CBT using a phone, laptop, or desktop. However, there are still strict rules during the test. “Copy, paste, or right-click functions will be disabled during the test,” the notice stated.

Candidates are advised to practise using the mock test on the portal before their exam date to avoid any technical issues.

The programme made it clear that this retake is a one-time opportunity. “Please prepare ahead of your retake,” the message added, meaning there will likely be no second chance after this.

Applicants who need help can contact the NJFP support team.

NJFP 2.0 is part of efforts to improve job opportunities for young Nigerians, and the CBT remains an important step in selecting successful candidates.
