Sahara Group has announced the opening of applications for its 2025 Graduate Business Analyst Program (GBA), offering young graduates the chance to build impactful careers in the energy sector. The multinational conglomerate, which operates across the full energy value chain including upstream, midstream, downstream, and power generation, will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2026.

According to the Group, the initiative reflects its commitment to strengthening its position in the global energy landscape through innovation and analytical excellence. “We recognise the vital role of data, insight, and analytical thinking in shaping decisions that drive value and impact,” Sahara stated in its official release.

The Graduate Business Analyst Program provides participants with the opportunity to do meaningful, data-driven work while learning from industry experts. Successful applicants will gain hands-on experience with the latest technologies transforming the energy sector. The program also offers structured training, cross-functional rotations, and professional mentorship aimed at helping participants “grow without limits.”

Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or other related fields in the Social or Management Sciences. Candidates should have between 0–2 years of relevant work experience and must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.

Describing the programme, Sahara Group stated, “The Sahara Graduate Business Analyst Program is more than a career launchpad, it is your fast track to greatness.” The company further noted that participants would gain the skills, exposure, and real-world experience necessary to thrive in a fast-moving industry.
