Soft Girl, Hard Skills Mentorship Programme Opens Application for Nigerian Women

Young Nigerian women looking to grow their careers or launch their businesses now have a powerful opportunity through the Soft Girl, Hard Skills mentorship programme. This six-month initiative is open to women aged 21–35 and aims to equip them with leadership, entrepreneurship, and professional development skills.

The programme features a strong lineup, including Rinsola Abiola, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Citizenship and Leadership and Spokesperson of the National Youth Confab Planning Committee. Sharing her excitement, Abiola said, “Deeply honoured to feature in such a high-powered lineup for Beyond Boundaries’ mentorship programme for young women.”

Applicants are invited to fill out the official aptitude form via the Soft Girl, Hard Skills form link. This initiative is part of efforts to boost women empowerment, promote mentorship opportunities, and increase access to career development for young women in Nigeria.

Meanwhile, Ogun State calls for application for Gen Al Fellowship Programme, which will pay N50,000 monthly stipend to participants.
