Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the ValuAlliance 2026 Analyst Program, applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Possess a minimum of a Second-Class Upper degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable university
- Have completed NYSC, possess exemption, or be about to commence NYSC
- Have between 0 and 2 years of relevant experience, including internships, in finance, consulting, asset management, audit, advisory, or related sectors
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Show clear interest in finance, investments, or business strategy through coursework, certifications, competitions, or extracurricular involvement
Additional advantage will be given to candidates who are progressing toward or have completed professional certifications such as:
- CFA
- ICAN
- ACCA
