Akwa Ibom Commissioner for Science and Digital Economy, Dr. Frank Ekpenyong, has released the detailed results of the recent Civil Service CBT, showing how all 33,461 applicants performed. According to him, only two candidates reached as high as 90 percent.
The breakdown shows that 1,372 applicants, representing 4 percent, were rated Excellent, while 3,894 candidates, or 12 percent, achieved Very Good. He added that 7,235 candidates, making up 22 percent, fell under Good. Another 9,689 applicants, representing 29 percent, were graded Fair, while 11,270 applicants, or 34 percent, were classified as Poor.
Dr. Ekpenyong also reacted to reports of fake result sheets being shared. He noted that every genuine result comes with a QR code and explained that the code, alongside each applicant’s exam number, would be scanned during the interview stage. He said this step ensures authenticity and confirms the identity of anyone taking part in the process.
