Ahead of the Christmas celebrations, the Director-General of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF), Dr. Afiz Oluwatoyin Ogun, distributed bags of rice to staff across the Fund’s Headquarters and Area Offices nationwide.
The initiative, which is part of the ITF’s staff welfare programme, reflects the DG’s commitment to promoting employee well-being and motivation during festive seasons. Dr. Ogun described the gesture as a way of appreciating the dedication and hard work of staff members throughout the year. “This distribution is a token of our appreciation for your contributions to the success of the Fund,” he stated.
The exercise highlights ITF’s continuous efforts to improve staff morale and enhance productivity within the organization, reinforcing its role in promoting workforce development and welfare in Nigeria.
