The full-time programme is based in Abuja and requires trainees to work on-site. Participants will receive structured training, mentorship and exposure to live projects while working alongside experienced professionals.
Successful applicants will contribute to consulting assignments through research, data analysis, problem-solving and preparation of reports and presentations. They will also participate in rotational assignments, client projects and internal initiatives to gain experience across different areas of the business.
Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2), obtained within the two years preceding their application.
Although graduates in Law, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Accounting, Environmental Sciences and related disciplines may receive preference, candidates from all academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Graduates who have not started the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme, are currently serving or have completed their service may apply, provided they meet the other requirements.
Candidates should demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills, intellectual curiosity, initiative, adaptability and willingness to learn. An interest in building a career in the energy sector is also expected.
