Bayelsa State has announced that the Douye Diri Skills Students who joined the community service on August 18, 2025, can now collect their Entrepreneurship Recognition Awards.
The announcement was made to honor participants recognized on World Entrepreneurs Day for their dedication to vocational training and entrepreneurship development.
Mrs. Charity Kens Godwin, Technical Adviser to the Governor on Entrepreneurship Development, explained the process. She said, “Due to the large number of participants recognized on World Entrepreneurs Day, we are pleased to announce that the Entrepreneurship Recognition Awards are ready for collection. Please follow the schedule below:”

She also gave instructions to others who were verified but absent. “If you were verified by our office but did not participate in the community service on August 18, 2025, please submit a formal letter explaining your absence. We will review your reasons and consider your entrepreneurship recognition award,” she stated.
