- Applicants must have a minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) Upper Credit.
- Graduated in 2024 or later.
- Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) by September 2026 and possess a valid certificate.
- Must be fluent in English.
