Candidates in the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) recruitment exercise should disregard rumours about who passed or failed the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) substance abuse screening.
The issue arose as certificates circulated and applicants speculated about recruitment outcomes.
However, the final decision rests with the CDCFIB, not unofficial reports.
The Board’s recruitment portal states that the final outcome for candidates who successfully complete and pass the NDLEA substance abuse screening will be communicated through the official recruitment portal after the screening exercise concludes.
The CDCFIB has announced that the 2024/2025 recruitment exercise has reached its final stage. The portal will remain open from October 28 to November 14, 2026. Eligible candidates should complete required processes within this period.
Applicants should await official updates instead of relying on rumours or conclusions drawn from certificates.
How to check
